Cash on Delivery (COD)

For COD orders, we provide delivery after confirmation via email or WhatsApp. Once we receive your acknowledgment, the order will be processed for delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

We strive to ensure that you receive your products in perfect condition. However, if you encounter any of the following issues, we will gladly accept a return or exchange:

  • Receipt of incorrect products

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide an unboxing video as proof. Our team will arrange for a pickup within 7 business days and also the refund will be credited in the same mode of payment within 7 business days. Please be aware that in cases of any malpractice, refunds will not be provided.
